- What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- 3,000 pcs for in-stock molds. 5,000 pcs and up for fully custom shapes.
- Can I get free samples before ordering?
- Yes — free existing samples (you cover the express courier). Custom samples are charged and the fee is refunded against your first order.
- How long does production take?
- Stock bottles: 7–15 days. Custom shape with full decoration: 25–35 days after sample approval.
- Do you offer OEM/ODM design service?
- Yes. Our in-house design team supports 3D rendering, mold engineering, and decoration mock-ups — free for confirmed projects.
- Which payment terms do you accept?
- 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight available for orders over USD 30,000.
