Standard wholesale programs start at 5,000 pieces per SKU on existing molds; custom mold development is available for confirmed projects.

Mold Development
In-house engineering designs and cuts graphite molds for new bottle shapes. Mold tooling is quoted separately from unit price and paid before cutting; the first sample from a new custom mold takes 35–55 days.

Glass Bottle Production
Automatic glass blowing on IS machines for repeatable wall thickness, weight and capacity across long wholesale runs.

Annealing Process
Computer-controlled annealing lehrs release internal stress so bottles stay dimensionally stable and clear through filling, decoration and transport.

Surface Decoration
Frosting and acid etching, color spray coating and gradients, UV electroplating, silk-screen printing, hot stamping, cold transfer and laser engraving — all finished in-house.

Cap & Component Matching
Surlyn, Zamak and ABS caps, crimp and screw necks, sprayers and pumps matched to the bottle neck finish and assembled in-house.

Quality Inspection
In-process checks on weight, capacity, neck finish and visual defects, plus AQL 2.5 outgoing inspection before palletised export packing.

STEP 01
Product selection & quotation
Choose from existing bottle collections or submit a custom mold brief. Sales returns a quotation with MOQ, lead time and decoration options within one business day.
STEP 02
Sample approval
Existing mold samples ship in 7–15 days. Decorated samples add 7–10 days. A new custom mold takes 35–55 days for the first sample.
STEP 03
Bulk production
Scheduled runs on the automatic forming lines, with in-process checks on weight, capacity, neck finish and visual defects.
STEP 04
Quality inspection & delivery
AQL 2.5 outgoing inspection, palletised export packing and shipment from Shanghai or Ningbo, with FOB, CIF and door-to-door logistics worldwide.
