Jiangsu Rango Packaging Technology Co., Ltd ("Rango Packaging", "we", "us") is a glass bottle manufacturer based in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China, with a sales office in Yiwu, Zhejiang. We operate rangopack.com to present our catalog, share company information and respond to B2B buyer inquiries.

We only collect what we need to respond to you and to keep the site running:

• Inquiry & contact form data — name, company, email address, phone number (optional), country and the message you submit.
• Catalog download requests — email address and any company details you choose to provide when requesting our PDF catalog.
• Technical & analytics data — IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referrer and approximate location, collected via Google Analytics 4 in aggregated form.
• Account data (admin only) — staff accounts use an authenticated admin area; standard visitors do not need to create accounts to browse, inquire or download.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not ask for sensitive categories of personal data (health, biometrics, political views, etc.).

• To reply to your inquiry, send a quotation, MOQ and lead-time.
• To deliver the requested catalog and related follow-up emails.
• To understand which pages and products are most useful, so we can improve the site (aggregated analytics — not used to build individual profiles).

The website and its database are hosted on managed cloud infrastructure with transport-level encryption (HTTPS) and access controls. We use a small set of subprocessors strictly to operate the site:

• Cloud hosting & database — stores site content, inquiries and catalog requests.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregated traffic measurement.
• Email delivery — sending replies and catalog files to the address you provide.

Inquiry data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own (including mainland China, where our sales team is located) to enable us to respond to you.

• Inquiries & catalog requests — kept for up to 36 months from your last interaction so we can support ongoing programs and re-orders, then deleted or anonymised on request.
• Analytics data — retained per the default Google Analytics 4 retention window (currently 14 months for event-level data) and then automatically deleted.
• Transactional records — invoices, shipping and customs documents are retained for the period required by Chinese accounting, tax and export regulations.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate details.
• Delete your inquiry record or unsubscribe from follow-up emails.
• Receive a copy of the information you provided in a portable format.

App-visible controls currently in place include:

• HTTPS / TLS encryption for all traffic between your browser and the site.
• Row-level access policies on the database so customer inquiries and downloads are only readable by authorised admin accounts.
• The admin area is gated behind authenticated sign-in; staff roles are managed in a dedicated roles table rather than on user profiles.
• Public file buckets are restricted to listing only by admins; individual product images are served via signed public URLs.

No online service can promise absolute security. We do not claim certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR adequacy or HIPAA compliance for this website, and the controls above should not be read as legal assurances. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to sales@rangopack.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
